SmartElio started as an idea in a hotel room in Slovenia  and quickly became a shared vision of a group of friends from different backgrounds. We combined experiences from hospitality, business, development, finance, data engineering and IT systems management to solve the everyday challenges that hotels experience.

Our goal is to simplify hotel operations while making guests' stays more enjoyable. We believe that technology should serve people, not the other way around. That's why we develop SmartElio to adapt to hotels, not hotels to it.

We digitize processes that have previously been complex or paper-based, and thanks to automation and smart design, we save staff time and energy.

We are developing SmartElio in the Czech Republic, but our ambitions go further. We want to reach hotels across Europe.
